Julia Taschler – Happy Endings

For the upcoming exhibition, we will welcome Julia Taschler – a Vienna-based visual artist. Julia studied Transmedia Art at the University of Applied Arts and is currently pursuing a master’s in Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts, Vienna.

Her work delves into unpleasant inner states, tragic moments, and self-centredness, transforming them with irony and humor into self-ironic paintings and objects. Julia’s artistic practice blends painting, textiles, and ready-made objects, resulting in surreal, expressive works.
