“Make love to the earth!” proclaim Annie Sprinkle and Beth Stephens, artists, activists, and founders of the ecosexual movement, which has turned the understanding of Earth as mother onto Earth as lover. Whether as a theoretical idea in research, a branch of radical environmental activism or a new inclusive sexual orientation, ecosexuality and its elements are also reflected in our local art scene.

Artists look at nature through the prism of mutual care, love, empathy and support, while the inseparability of man from nature is evident in their work. Curator Dorota Čičatková thus creates an atmospheric Ecosex exhibition evoking intimacy with Lover Earth, and an imaginary temple of diverse perspectives.
